Luxfer Group Pension Plan
The Luxfer Group Pension Plan (LGPP) is a defined benefit plan, which is applicable only to employees who were employed in Luxfer Group’s UK companies (including British Aluminium) before 1 June 1998. LGPP closed to future pension accrual in 2016, with active members transferring to the Luxfer Group Retirement Savings Plan, shown below. The assets of LGPP are managed by a Trustee Board, assisted by professional advisers. Lane Clark Peacock administer the plan.

The Luxfer Group Retirement Savings Plan is a defined contribution plan or group personal pension plan, which is applicable to all Luxfer’s UK employees: those who joined Luxfer after 1 June 1998, and also to employees who were previously active members of the Luxfer Group Pension Plan mentioned above.
